The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I launched the game many times and started with out mods. And retry. I did add new plugins did I have removed them and try. RagePluginHook.log

 

The plugins were AU Callouts, British Callouts, Quarantime, Protection Squad, are the one's I put the day before but the game was fine after testing it.

 

So I dont know where to head to
