Hi,

 

So I installed ELS a few months ago and it never worked. Control+P never brought up the box thing, scroll lock isn't the issue cause when i press that it does nothing, the ELS vehicles i have installed the lights do not work at all, they stay on/off depending on the extras i have enabled (the only thing that turns on with the lights is the siren sounds and the break lights flicker side to side that's it). 

 

I have reinstalled it like 20 times now, added it as an exclusion and no matter what i do it's like it doesn't install properly and never has and still hasn't injected itself into the game. Idk what to do. Is there a way I can uninstall it all together rather then just replacing the files and i will go back to Non ELS vehicles or does anyone know how to fix this? I made a discussion about this a few months ago but none of the replies solved my issue.

do you have the VCF files installed in the els pack default folder?

I looked through that thread you mentioned and I saw some things that weren't mentioned
Ensure ScriptHookV is installed http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/

If it is already installed try this:
In OpenIV uninstall the OpenIV ASI loader
Close Open IV then open it again
Install the ASI loader again
Close OpenIV and reboot your PC

That's what it was the scrpit hook. So sorry i thought i already had that installed but apprently i didn't....

Btw do u know how to get the sirens to work cause when i press J it just changes the lights movement 🙂
