in other words when i try to use the keys to work it its not popping up

When you click the Dispatch key can you hear a radio noise letting you know dispatch is listening?

Also make sure your microphone is plugged in prior to you going on duty 🙂

no i cant hear the noise when i activate it

The error points you to the LANGUAGE.txt file that came with Grammar Police in the Documentation folder.
