Looking to change the peds in my game to wear San Andreas State Trooper uniforms, can someone recommend a ped pack? Also, is it possible to have the ped say 'State Trooper' instead of 'LSPD' when arresting someone?

Bradm's Pack great chose, As far as I know there is a Ped pack you can find that here:https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/character/19824-arizona-dps-ped-pack/

the pack you are choosing is a arizona state police pack so the uniform will be simalar, let me know if you have any questions :)
