I need more "work" to do after killing a suspect!

Featured Replies

Currently, I'm having a little immersion break during my playthroughts when someone dies in a crime scene.
I use ALL BejoIjo mods, and truth be told, having the moment to study a suspect background, charging him for whatever reason, and seeing the outcomes for that looks cool. But when a suspect die, it's seems that we just call the Coroner and that's it. No need to report/register anything, and everyone good to go home.

I don't know, I just feel something is missing on this kind of situation.

So, does anyone have an mod/script/plugin to suggest about this matter? Tried looking for something, but didn't had anything useful.
Or any work-around that can also helps?
I thought in trying adding new options on CompuLite myself, just for "Deceased" suspects outcomes, but I think better asking first.

That sounds like a good option to add more immersion to reporting deceased suspects/victims. I definitely know that Compulite is the way to go for extra paperwork content.

But wouldn't that be generated on peds as well? Cause I think all charges and citations can be generated randomly, and that would risk getting someone with a "deceased" register being alive right on my face.
I remember getting a 63 years old guy with a citation for Alcohol possession under 21 in 2018 to prove this fact. 😅

When you get an ped check on CompuLite, the ped can have some records of some random citations or charges. They're randomly generated with anything that currently have on Compulite. By adding a deceased category, there's a chance that a ped records can be generated containing a "deceased" record, what would break the immersion even more.

I was unaware that would be generated if you marked them as deceased....but if so...then yeah, it would.

That's just a downside on adding a deceased category; unless someone knows if there's a way to avoid it being generated.

I can ask around on my Discord and see if that might be something that is plausible for the future.

Oh, thank you so much! ❤️
If it's not a private one, might I ask an invite?

All good! xD And sure! One of the most important lessons for modding is always ask around. 🙂
