The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

So, I don't know if this is meant to be here, but I am having trouble with RDE. I installed RDE using OpenIV, installed ScriptHookV and DOTNET, and when I start up GTA 5 and load into story mode, it crashes. Also, its a clean folder with just RDE, ScriptHookV, and ScriptHookVDOTNET.

    RDE is a mess and it's been causing issues for a long time.
    It was also updated last for version 1180, in 2017. 

     

    I recommend removing it.
