Crash by going in Graphics sub menu

Featured Replies

Hi, I am running Rage with minimum settings because it crashes when I run it in full screen but I was able to get it to work afterwards. It has been crashing for quite a while when I click on Graphics in the in game menu, I cannot access the sub category and my game freezes or closes. I reinstalled lspdfr manually but nothing helps. Any ideas for a solution? Thank you !

Not sure about this issue but attach your "RagePluginHook" log - a text document found in your main directory and I'll take a look : D

Thanks for the detail!

  • Command line option "disableCustomLoadingScreen-disableCustomLoadingScreen-disableCustomLoadingScreen-disableCustomLoadingScreen-disableCustomLoadingScreen" is specified twice.  - Remove it from your commandline (I can see you are forcing minimum settings so you can leave that!) 🙂
  • Increase your Plugin Timeout Threshold to 60,000

  • If it still doesn't work try loading GTAV without RAGE and see if it still crashes on the graphics settings

Can you explain the process exactly ? I'm not sure in which file i have to remove this, in the RagePluginHook log ?
for the plugin timeout thresold where can i do that ?

sorry i'm not an expert haha

(and gta v don't crash in graphics when lspdfr is off so it comes from the mod)

thanks for your help 🙂

Mine has started doing the exact same thing so I'm following this as well to see if there's a fix! Also to edit the Plugin timeout that's in the RagePluginHook configuration settings. Should be right above the log.

Like @evandatpotato said make your own thread and attach your RPH log and I'm sure someone will assist you there!

Good God OK jeez I didn't realize that commenting on another thread with the same issue was a problem. Every other for forum I've ever been a part of says specifically to not make multiple posts about the same issue. My bad...

Not an issue just the moderators like keeping things organised 🙂

You shouldn't make multiple posts with the same issue if it is all by the same person

Hope this clears things up!
