i have an add on car file, but idk what im gonna do with the carcols.meta file since theres nothing in modding pack 5

If its a FiveM ready addon this way is easier if you are willing to use LML

2: Install and then launch LML, navigate to the files download page

3: Click the "download with mod manager" button
It should be installed then
If it each vehicle has a different folder you'll have to install them manually, do this:
1: Rather than using the download with mod manager button use the normal download one

2: Unzip the file and then go back to LML
3: On the sidebar there is an icon that is a downward facing arrow, click that
4: Click the plus button then navigate in file explorer to the vehicles folder, select it to install

You should be done

 

If you'd rather still use Albo's modding folder, add this content.xml content.xml

That should tell it that there is a carcols.meta to use in the data folder

The content.xml will go in the dlc.rpf, where the existing content.xml is. I added to it so the pack will look for a carcols.meta in the folder named "data", put your carcols file there.

I did what you said, but the car still has no light bar somwhow... maybe theres some issue with that car

What do you mean by no lightbar? it isn't lighting up or the lightbar just doesn't exist?
If it isn't there toggle your extras in a trainer until you find it, if it isn't lighting up ensure that content.xml I sent replaced the one in Albos modding pack (its in dlc.rpf not "data") and and the carcols.meta is in the folder titled "data".
If its a FiveM vehicle you can always try the LML method.

If the siren sound isn't playing make sure to try a siren controller

i can toggle the siren, but the light bar doesnt exist

 

If the lightbar just isn't present go through a trainer and see if its an extra. If you have all extras active try repairing your vehicle and see if it appears then. What vehicle are you using?
