The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hello, I really enjoy LSPDFR. I have a question, can I play GTA V With other mods not only LSPDFR and it's police plugins and others. Okay so, I mean can I for example disable LSPDFR and play with other mods when I don't want to play as police? That may be a stupid question, but I am not that good with modding.

    Hi there very good question, Yes, you can there is a giant selection of mods you can play with besides lspdfr, Let me know if you want links to some of them!

    RPH is not required for mods but a lot use it, take for example this https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/dogfight-local-war-zone

    It uses ScriptHook V instead
    Another example is this https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/grand-theft-space-net-gts-devs

    It uses ScriptHookV.NET and the mods folder

    As long as LSPDFR isn't loading in RPH it won't affect your game at all, if you want to use RPH without LSPDFR just tell it not to load it and you should be good
