RPH is not required for mods but a lot use it, take for example this https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/dogfight-local-war-zone
It uses ScriptHook V instead
Another example is this https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/grand-theft-space-net-gts-devs
It uses ScriptHookV.NET and the mods folder
As long as LSPDFR isn't loading in RPH it won't affect your game at all, if you want to use RPH without LSPDFR just tell it not to load it and you should be good

It says that even if installed correctly, so you should be fine.
Check your RPH log for this if you wanna be sure:

problem solved. You change the GTAV Interaction menu key In keybindings as LSPDFR replaces this.
