Renaming your mods folder "_mods" disables it, if its working when renamed that it means something in it is causing the crash, if you have any addons install these:

Since you have EUP menu I'm guessing you have EUP, which is an addon
Rename your mods folder back and try with these installed

Here's what you'll want to do:
Revert all changes in your mods folder, it should be completely vanilla
Reinstall your mods one at a time until you find the one causing the crash
Once you find it continue reinstalling them the same way to make sure there isn't another one causing the crash as well
Make sure those files I sent are installed as well, the limit adjusters go in your main directory and the gameconfig goes in your mods folder
Make sure you have asi loader (dinput8.dll) installed, it comes packaged with ScriptHook V
