Uhm... okay? I don't really understand what you're trying to tell us here. I'm baffled because the purpose of a forum is to interact with other members. Assuming it's based off your last support request thread, other members are just trying to help. If you'd like, you can change your notification settings here https://www.lcpdfr.com/notifications/options/

 

It's in the best interest of everyone to keep all support related requests on the forum. Other members can utilize your thread as a resource if they have a similar issue arise. Not to mention some people may not feel comfortable emailing as it can reveal personal information.

Then I kinda understand you. No point in having 3 different Tech Support people helping with one issue, its kinda overkill. But in their defense, you flat out refused to give them the information they sought in order to further help you, and pretty much just straight up dodged the question every time they asked. If you want help, answer the questions when someone asks ya, otherwise, you won't get very far with being helped.
