Police smart radio crashes LSPDFR

Hello, I'm new to all this so I don't really know anything, but here's the situation, when I load up LSPDFR and go on duty, everything is fine until I open up Police Smart Radio, I don't know if that's the problem but here's my RPH log, any suggestions would be appriciated!RagePluginHook.log

PoliceSmartRadio is outdated and is known to cause game instability. Remove it.

to remove it I just remove the police smart radio file and the .dll right?

I don't know how to install or remove SmartRadio since I've never used it.

What is included in the download? You can work from there.

in smart radio its just the .dll and the file, in the file is the display settings and all that, simple stuff

im going to run gta and see if it works without smart radio
