The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Excuse me if its in the wrong category but if i make a mods folder each time i update it will it wipe my car models if its in a mods folder?

 

(I dont use mods folder so i wouldnt know)

The mods folder is not effected by game updates if thats what you're asking, that means you have to replace the update.rpf inside it with each update though.

so would it reset if i get an update since i have to replace the update.rpf

The update.rpf would, yes. You can always copy any modified files out of it and then put them back into the updated one, as long as those files don't lose compatibility.
