Hell all!  So I have progressed in my downloads and installs I am coming along however I am trying to install a specific Denver Police pack I have found and want to replace the current vehicles I have in game but it don't work.  I also need help with some keybindings if anyone is willing to be so kind! TIA

For replacing the in game vehicles, make sure you are installing into this directory: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday22ng/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
As for the keybindings go ahead and ask and I'll do my best to answer

I thought it is the most recent which for me would be patchday23?  As for keybindings I am trying to turn off G being the siren key and use E and move E to be Q which used to be for the basic computer when you downloaded LSPDFR.

Normally, yes. In this case though patchday23 does not work properly, make sure it is completely vanilla and then use patchday22, you can just remove 23 from your mods folder and it should work just fine.
As for those keys, LSPDFR keybindings are found here: root/lspdfr/keys.ini and ELS keybindings are in ELS.ini, Valid keys and names can be found here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/system.windows.forms.keys?view=netframework-4.8

For example, the default computer toggle is "TOGGLE_POLICECOMPUTER_Key=Q" in keys.ini, to disable it you would want "TOGGLE_POLICECOMPUTER_Key=None"

In ELS the assignment for G by default is "Toggle_SIRN = 71", use that link above to get the number to put in.
The default assignment for E, the airhorn, is "Sound_Ahorn = 89"
If you unbind a key replace the binding with "None".

Patchda23 worked with a different pack it just has some bugs and obviously not the skin I want.  As for the keybindings I tried that before and kinda am at the point I should just be happy with what I have and give up on trying to do to much. 😞

Yes, it works for some packs but not for most, make sure to always use 22 to avoid issues.

I just looked in ELS.ini for the first time in a while, it turns out that the binding for your air horn is actually Y rather than E by default, both work for airhorn and I don't know of a way to rebind it.

If you would like to rebind G to E it may work but it may conflict.

So I tried 22 and it just gave me a black FPIU with green doors no logos.  Also The siren is G to have a random siren but yes Y is the airhorn and I am trying to make it to be E is the siren and Q is the computer in Compulite.

As for the vehicle, verify your game files and ensure 23 is completely unmodified.
I'm not exactly sure about the keys, I've never really tried messing with that but I'll try to help. By default you should be able to use E and Y both for airhorn (I can anyway) but if you can't change the airhorn binding to 69, really funny number obviously but it also means E to windows.

Have you edited your vehicles.meta ?

Leave 23 unmodified.

I was thinking a file outside the mods folder could be causing it, I've had an issue like that in the past. I've also seen others have the same issue I had.

I've encountered people with weird texture glitches and there isn't a lot of answers except for NVR issues and vehicles.meta issues.

I use 22 also. You won't have any problems with that.
