Alright guys so as many of you know I am super new to all of this and I tried to install some mods and it crashed the game so I had to undo all of my mods.  I am willing to compensate someone to screenshare with me and do the mods and also show me how to do so.  I tried the Youtube thing and that is how I crashed my game. I don't need much IMO but I hope someone can find it in their heart to help me! TIA

Are these edits in OpenIV or RagePluginHook?
Please send your RagePluginHook log (a text file) from your main directory and any edits you've done in OpenIV, if you've done any.

Sorry just saw the guidelines thing.  However so I was trying to put new vehicles (all I want is the explorer, tahoe, taurus and crown vic.  I was also trying to put the spotlight, different LSPD uniforms and NVE. That was for starters but I have a minor "List" of mods I do want.  

For the Vehicles make sure you are installing them to update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday22ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf, preferably in your mods folder.
For uniforms, are you using EUP?
NVE/NVR, that should have an auto installer and won't cause issues
For plugins and such, please send your RagePluginHook log so I can look at it for any issues

see and that was part of what I did last night and it crashed.  That's why need hands on lol I don't know what I did.  Uniforms was EUP and I can't pay for NVR right now and from what I am seeing is I have to.

Also how do I send the log?

I can try to help if you upload your RPH log from your main directory. I need it so I can see some of whats going on, it will be a file named "ragepluginhook.log" or just "ragepluginhook". It is a text document, please upload it so I can look at it

Its the bottom file in this screenshot so you have an idea of what to look for.

As for NVR, it is the free one from 2018, NVE is the paid beta

Increase plugin timeout threshold to 60000, that may help some
I know PeterU callouts is up to date but it requires plugins by Albo for many features, those plugins by Albo are not up to date and cause issues very often so I would not recommend it but the choice is yours.
It does look to me like PeterU callouts may be causing an issue here but I may be wrong, try without it and see what happens

I actually just took off the car mods and the uniform stuff but peteru is working great minus me needing the vin key and the computer+ addition even though I have compulite

Computer+ and Compulite are different, Compulite is the one you want. The Vin thing is a PoliceSmartRadio feature, which is also outdated. That is the reason I said its requirements are outdated.
As I said, increase your plugin timeout threshold, it should be 60,000.

If you removed other mods and its working fine for you now and you can live with the vanilla parts of the game then that's fine, if you want custom cars and stuff like that then you should be able to install them into patchday22 with no issues.

Now after doing some callout and smart backup and stop the ped mods I am getting a social club error

never mind it was the social club 1005 error for putting x64 in the other folder

Okay so update!  I think I am getting the hang of this.  I added some new callouts and backup options however I still don't understand the vehicle/uniform mods or NVR.  That is all confusing the heck out of me.  I also am having issues with this error as well as saying some plugins are clashing but they say I need both for smart radio to work and it still don't.  Any help please and thank you

you need to change the keybind for stop the ped becuase the orignal traffic stop menu is overlapping with the stop the ped menu.

You need to disable the default ones rather than change the stop the ped ones.
These will be in gtav/lspdfr/keys.ini or in your in game pause menu.

Also Police Smart Radio is outdated, I advise against using it.

I was only trying to use it because for stop the ped/ultimate backup it says I have to use it.  Can you give me more details about what I am supposed to do with those keys.  Sorry for being so ignorant with all of this stuff.

So with the keys there are options in the in-game pause menu that you can access or there is a file called keys.ini, I will explain using the keys.ini first
Open your main directory, there will be a folder titled "LSPDFR", go there
Once inside you will see a file named "keys.ini" or just "keys", it will look like this when you open it

Okay I got that fixed.  Is there anyway to disable the basic computer and use that key for Compulite?

If you go into the lspdfr.ini you can edit all the key binds there!
