Those are the only agencies that LSPDFR provides.

I'm guessing 'LSSD' is after the 'and'

No, ich changed nothing i just installed it and it wasnt available

No my battery died at the end xd. After lspd it would be noose.

Since it is a fresh install the quickest way to fix this may just be to do a fresh manual install of LSPDFR.

So i just uninstall lspdfr and install it manualy and nothing hase changed. I still cant select lssd, sahp, nysp, doa or sapr.

What do you mean by "can't select?" are you referring to uniforms? If so there are no uniforms for SAHP, NYSP, DOA, SAPR and LSSD.

You will have to download EUP to wear them 🙂

Oh, didnt no there were no Uniforms for them, but they were in the game, why did the remove the Uniforms ?

however if you have eup law and order and eup config you can have those uniforms.

If you're looking for uniforms for them you'll need EUP L&O as was said above.
If you just aren't able to select agencies you want to use that sounds like something is going wrong with agencies.xml. By default you should have: LSPD, LSSD, SAHP (motor unit only), NYSP (old cars only), NOoSE (unmarked vehicles and SWAT gear) and FIB (unmarked only), that is if I am remembering correctly

 

If you want more than that or it just isn't working properly try using these:

Look at the map options included if you get Jurisdictions+, its about personal preference there
