I have GTA5 on D drive now, where i could play normally. On the C(system) drive i couldn't open the game.

Just did some research into the error - it is coming up as there is unwanted files in the installation directory. Make sure you remove LSPDFR if you have it installed and any other files that could cause this. See if removing them makes a difference

Unistalled lspdfr, and GTAV has crashed now..

At least it is opening 🙂 

Try renaming the mods folder to _mods again

OK, we got it. Now, i need to install lspdfr, right?

OK, lspdfr works. Can you recommend me some plugin pack working on 0.4.8 version?

And new problem, blocking plugin lspd first respone. What with it?

Okay. If it only loads with the mods folder disabled there is an issue in there. You may have to start fresh if you cannot find it.

 

Remove Traffic Policer, it is out of date and I am pretty sure it is causing your crashes! If you go to the downloads section on this website, then scripts and plugins you can find the latest up to date plugins! Also check out Bejoijo's plugins found here: https://www.bejoijo.com/

Can u explain what i have to do? "LSPD [...] crashed" plugin blocked etc, whats goin on with it?

 

Increase plugin timeout threshold from 30000 to 60000
And as Charlie said remove Traffic Policer, if you haven't already that is

RPH is being denied access to a file for LSPDFR in the directory D:\Grand Theft Auto 5\Grand Theft Auto V\lspdfr\stats.dat
Make sure RPH has permissions to access it

Oh noooo! You are being hit with this error! I have dealt with this twice and so far my fix has a 100% resolved it!

 

This requires a manual install of LSPDFR. Simply get the manual install and drag and drop everything apart from the plugins folder (this is keeping your callouts!). If you have edited any of the lspdfr xml files MAKE A BACKUP as they will be overrided

That is what I thought but at the moment this is the only fix. Unsure of what causes the error

Okay. Well that means you will have to completely remove all traces of LSPDFR - I would save your callouts to your desktop.

 

Then reinstall it manually. It is key you remove every folder 🙂
