The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hiya! Ultimate backup uses the uniform set in the xml file in the UltimateBackup folder.

I would take a look at this on how to configure it for EUP:

    I'm not sure if EUP config will solve the issue.

    The thing is, the clothes that you want them to wear are not the default EUP clothing so you have to download a mod for that.
