The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

      I reinstalled lspdfr and................................................IT WORKED thanks for the help guys( i will be willing to help people in the future!)

    Based on the "details" you stated at the beginning - "SUPER LAGGY"

     

    Does your PC capable of running GTA V at all? If not there might be issues because LSPDFR requires a lot of memory. 

     

    Also make sure your GTA V, RPH, ScriptHookV, and LSPDFR and all updated.
