So I've been running into problems with the Rockstar game launcher. I've been fortunate enough now to only get it down to one problem. When I click "Play on Steam" it says loading and then continue to say "Quitting" and the game never launches. 

 

What could be the problem? I've attached the launcher log

I would say the graphics card is good. I asked you because I noticed an error that generally occurs for those using low-end grafic cards. Unfortunately, this is a bit of an internal problem and Rockstar Games assistance may be required. But first I would like to try to find a solution. Try to verify that you have updated graphics card, (possibly also your operating system). Let me know if it improves that.

Sadly updating both my graphics and updating windows did not work I'll go ahead and contact rockstar to see if their any help

Rebuild your mods folder that's how I fixed it just copy your mods in New folder but copy update folder so all game dlc packs are unmodded
