I know callout manager is outdated but i seem to be having a persisting problem. Almost 70% of my callouts dont actually show up in game automatically come up in game therefore i must use callout manager. Even with callout manager i still cant load most of the callouts. Usually it says something like "[Callout Manager] Failed to start *callout* blah blah blah" on the bottom of my screen. This is really annoying because many of my callouts dont work and i dont get the chance for that diversity. I dont know if this is a callout manager issue or a problem with my game but let me know. Also is there a newer up to date version of callout manager?

Hi there, sadly there isn't an update but you could use force a callout. I may be wrong but I know many callout packs require you to be in a certain location for it to start. For example you would have to be near the taxi lot for the callout trespassing at a taxi lot to start. I stand to be corrected however but I believe this is why 🙂

The issue itself, from what they said, has more to do with their callouts not appearing in-game even without Callout Manager.

Thanks for the response. I do know about that issue but it isnt the problem, the problem is that some plugins dont even work.  For example like i said: "[Callout Manager] Failed to start *callout* blah blah blah".

Well hopefully I can be of more use now!

 

• Make sure United Callouts and Regular Callouts are up to date - many haven't updated them
• Remove Traffic Policer as it is out of date. I would suggest Bejoijo's plugins but you already have them installed!
• Interaction+ is out of date - a good alternative would be Compulite by Bejoijo
• If you could also attach your RPH that would be useful to try and find this issue : D

Okay ill try that, I do have a question though. I really like the abient events traffic policer has (white blips on the map) involving cars so i was wondering if you know a good replacement for it?

I have had that before and its good but a little to much if you ask me, even though i could edit the ini im just to lazy.

My city callouts is already up to date?

According to your log you are running V1. Update it to 1.1 🙂

Okay....I downloaded V1.1 again to make sure i didnt mess up and the Winrar file is "CityCallouts1.1 (1)" which means i already had it right? Now when go into the file it says CityCallouts 1.0. Sooooo i cant get the new version?

When you download it make sure you are selecting the V1.1

If the creator hasn't updated it however it shouldn't be an issue but I would remove it for good measure!

What may be the case is that when it was updated the owner didn't update the version number in the game. So it may be the case that it is updated but according to the name it hasn't. Like I said remove it if you get crashes but it should be okay.
