I would like to state a few things I've already tried as to reduce the amount of replies needed to diagnose the issue at hand. I have already tried to completely re-install everything from my game files to the edits in OpenIV. I have followed multiple tutorials to make sure I don't miss anything. I placed all the XML files in the appropriate areas & made sure I had all the latest redist. installed. The vehicles I installed are all ELS compatible & are showing up in game properly. The only thing missing is the ability to use ELS, or any lights for that matter, on the new cars I installed. In my asiloader log file, the following is stated:

The only thing this log has been able to tell me is that ELS.asi is failing to load, but why? Is it something I did or what? Any help is GREATLY APPRECIATED!

Open OpenIV, go to the ASI loaders, uninstall them, close OpenIV, Open OpenIV again, go to the ASI loaders, then install them again, close OpenIV, then restart the computer.

Follow those steps.
