I would like to state a few things I've already tried as to reduce the amount of replies needed to diagnose the issue at hand. I have already tried to completely re-install everything from my game files to the edits in OpenIV. I have followed multiple tutorials to make sure I don't miss anything. I placed all the XML files in the appropriate areas & made sure I had all the latest redist. installed. The vehicles I installed are all ELS compatible & are showing up in game properly. The only thing missing is the ability to use ELS, or any lights for that matter, on the new cars I installed.
