Hi all,

 

I just had a question about backup (in this case it is ultimate backup but the issue is with both LSPDFR and that.) I find that when I call backup their vehicles have been crazily upgraded meaning they can go twice or even 3 times as fast as mine. Is there any way to stop this? It gets v annoying during pursuits when they zoom past me and crash into other vehicles..

Sup, Charles. Good question, I guess it's some kind of a bug. Try reinstalling UB and/or LSPDFR.

Hiya! Is this a glitch you have too or is it a me problem? I'll try reinstalling 0.4.8 files and ultimate backup and I'll let you know!

I'm great 🙂 just trying to find an alternative to the cones provided by Traffic Policer as I want to remove it as it is out of date but I really like how easy it is to place cones..any ideas?

Remove Traffic Policer. It's outdated.

Stop the Ped has traffic cones. Go to the back of the car, press G (default) a menu will come up. There should be an option for Traffic Cones.

StopThePed lol. Go to the car boot, press G and select "Grab Traffic Cones" that's all, bud! 

Anyway, I cant say if that's a plugin problem. I'm not requesting backup usually. BUT, when I requested SWAT, they arrived normally. 

By the way, replace all outdated plugins with Bejoijo's ones. Like instead of Computer+ AND LSPDFR+ use Bejoijos Compulite. Just visit bejoijo.com to see more his plugins.

Ya I've replaced all of mine apart from traffic policer which I will change now! As for the backup, do you ever call backup in a pursuit? That is when the issue is happening...

I've seen many people who do not know the full capabilities of STP.

For example:

STP automatically adds a taser, a pistol, a flashlight,a police baton and flares to your inventory.

There are so many more things that STP can do.

Ah yes that reminds me. When I play and clear my loadout to the weapons I want (I do British roleplay) the game always adds weapons at random points such as a shotgun or a pistol. Why is this?

If you ForceDuty it will give you the last loadout selected from the station.(I think)

You can remove the weapons with a trainer.

Have a look through the .ini's and see if there is an option for that.

This is what I thought but for example 30 minutes through they reappear. Is this just me then?

That's funny. Last time I played LSPDFR (which was a long time ago, since I'm having some issues myself) When I tried to remove my weapons using a trainer it wouldn't allow me too. It just refused to leave.😆

I think it's some mods interfering with each other.

Oh. I just found something.

Apparently you can change the default weapons in the StopThePed.ini

Ah lovely. Luckily mine leave for a solid 10 minutes! If you need any help I'll be happy to try and assist you!
