1. Can you explain what you mean by "glitches", I am afraid I do not understand

 

2. Unfortunately some do work and some do not (especially older ones). Which ones are you having problems with? 

 

3. Do you have a "fn" key on your keyboard? https://www.computerhope.com/jargon/f/fn.htm as this may be making F4 do something else instead of F4. 

When I move my character it looks like it misses steps 

I’m having trouble with arrest manager, speed radar and charges and citations 

And yes I do have an Fn key 

And other plugins are stop the ped, road incident callouts, interaction + and compu lite 

My stop the ped is saying it is not supported with this version

Have you updated to the latest version of Stop the Ped? (4.9.3.1)

Are you on the latest version of LSPDFR (0.4.8)? 

 

Arrest Manager, interaction + and Speed Radar are rather old plugins that can cause problems. Stop The Ped should give you most, if not all the features from Arrest manager. 

 

I would remove Arrest Manager, interaction +  and Speed Radar. 

 

I would look at Speed Radar Lite by the same author as Stop the Ped (also available on his website) to replace Speed Radar. 

 

I cannot find Road Incident Callouts, is that also an older plugin? 

 

Charges and citations are usually just xml files for Compulite. What issues are you having there? 

 

Have you tried either pressing the fn key to turn it off or holding the fn key when you press F4? It sounds like that fn key is active, making the F4 key control screen brightness.

Pretty much the same way you installed them, just with the latest versions off the website. 

Kk can you help because I have a glitch when moving a round it looks like it skips steps when walking and driving

Did you update the Stop the Ped / Compulite plugins? 

 

Can you try removing all the plugins and just having LSPDFR - do you still have glitches and lag? 

 

What spec is your PC?

1.Check for some mods that eat up or are known to eat up a lot of memory. Also try turning down the graphics settings. If those don't work, it might be your PC that can't handle it. Free up some space in the drive that you have your game on.

 

2.Remove all of Albo's plugins. They are outdated, eat up a lot of memory and can cause game instability. They also clash with Bejo's plugins.

 

3.You can change the keybind of the RAGE console by opening Ragepluginhook.exe, clicking the little gear icon and changing the keybind.

On lspdfr troubleshooter it says your missing the following folder: Grand Theft Auto V/LSPDFR/Police scanner/arrest manger audio. You must copy this folder(including it’s files)in from the arrest manager download. Please can you help it’s really confusing

Go ingame, press Esc, go to settings, click on Graphics. Turn all settings as low as possible.

Are you using Arrest Manager? Delete it. Albo's mods can cause game instability. Replace them with STP, UB etc.

In response to your F4 issue, try pressing FN+F4 at the same time.
