Hello Iv been playing lspdfr for about 3 months and the first two months showcased all of the sirens but on one of the gta 5 updates the yelp siren was not working (I use non els) inless I used els, Can somebody tell me what happend to the yelp?

For some reason the update decided to not use yelp anymore, if you want to use it you will likely need a siren controller of some sort. I would recommend Dynamic Lighting System as it doesn't require setting up to use aside from binding keys to what you want them but it does use ELS style controls if that's what you are avoiding. Another one that I know of is siren mastery but it is way more complicated to set up and a bit more resource intensive as well as a bit outdated.

So would you recommend dls?

Yes I would recommend using DLS as it can be used as a simple controller or if you set it up for a vehicle you have more control than ELS would allow.

There is no need for a controller. The siren control has changed by Rockstar. I´m not sure which is which, lets say siren 1, 2 and 3.

(wail, yelp, rumbler?)

Old controls:

1 = Standard by pressing button

2 and 3 = holding button down (toggled somehow between them).

 

New controls:

1 = Standard by pressing button

3 = holding button down

2 = double tap button and with the second tap holding it down
