Hey guys and gals. I need help. I would like to start modding cars, peds, and then maybe scripting. I just don't know where to begin. I have the unlocked cvpi,vshare files and textures. I try to load them into zmodeler and 3ds max but nothing happens. If someone can give me alittle push or point me in the right direction to a tutorial or something. Also the same with cop peds. If i can get this right, expect to see great things from me. I plan on doing things that no one has attempted. Thanks to anyone that can help. I'll be sitting at my computer ready and waiting...........lol :whistling:

You will be waiting a long time. No tutorials, guides, videos exist on how to model. If it existed it would be at least a 4 hour video with more steps than you can imagine. Its just your willpower and the time to read little bits of information from here and there, reading other people questions and then trying to put it all into action. Trial and error will be your best friend and lots and lots of time. If you have a specific question about zmod then it can be answered but anything more than that is to complicated. Ped modeling is the same deal. There is however a guide for creating and merging ped meshes. Its somewhere on the forum but I can't find it. You'll have to do some searching. Good Luck!

As for importing a car into zmod. You need to add all the textures into the materials editor(little red circle near top of screen) before you import the model. You also need to have a non-cracked full version of zmodeler.

I finally managed to get the model imported, through trial and error that is.....lol and now i'm currently installing lights on the car. I'm a fast learner and things are starting to fall into place now.
