Reinstall the game, load the game without any mods, download LCPDFR, install it, load the game with LCPDFR.

*Doesnt work again*

So I Installed LCPDFR, and it now works. I will search how to get the little side menu at the bottom right for lights and backup. I dont know how to do traffic stops etc and arrest so abit confused.

I downloaded the latest version of ELS, did what it said on the read me file and now its crashed the game and I cant play it now.

I've been doing add-ons for about 4-5 years now with Arma 2 and COD etc and never had these problems before and Arma series is mega unstable but this is worse ten fold.

Before you just go and install LCPDFR launch the game up and see if it works well also did you buy GTAIV off steam?
