Title says it but I'm a total noob when it comes to modding(sorry) i had Realism Dispatch Enhanced working so the game would spawn my add-on police cars whenever i had a wanted level, but RDE doesn't work anymore. So how do you make cars spawn ambiently and in pursuits?

I'm also a pretty new to this, but I got ambient spawns to work by messing with my Agency.xml file. I'll put a sample of part of mine below. Also changing my DefaultRegions.xml causes all my addon to come when I call for backup.
