LSPDFR keeps crashing, its good for about one or two calls and then beeps and crashes but not to my desktop. I'll get a message on the bottom left corner saying LSPDFR crashed and I'm left right where I'm at as if its the normal game. Attached is the RagePluginHook log not sure if that can help figure out what's going on. thank you in advance for those who reach out.

What did you do before the crash?

I literally loaded up all the mods I wanted then played... I figured maybe it’s because I’m in a police chance and theirs several police cars but today I played and did a simple traffic stop and sure enough after the call is ended it crashes. 

does this occur every time you play or only sometimes? Because the occasional crash does occur every so often.

So having a look at your RPH here are some things I noticed:

• Traffic Policer is out of date. This will cause more crashes
• The actual crash was caused by the plugin "HeliAssist" It may not be out of date but at the end of the day it caused the crash
• For one of your callouts you haven't installed the audio files. I would advise making sure you double check to find out which one it is

no its happening every time I play, I would assume I would get the occasional crash here and there but no its crashing every game play

I thought I installed the latest traffic policer, ill take a look at that. As for the heliassist I guess I'll delete that and see if it works.

 

For the call outs I dont recall seeing audio files.

Yes the occasional crash happens every so often.

Traffic Policer is out of date. even the latest one because Albo1125 has retired for some time now

 

So it seems as that getting rid of HeliAssist did the job. I just played for about an hour or so and not one crash.... a real bummer as I really liked that mod. Thank you guys!

Thank you again, would you guys know what mod would be the equivalent of Traffic Policer?

I suggest using StopThePed and Ultimate Backup. As well as Compulite, if you dont have it already. Those are all the top recommended replacements for Albo's mods. 🙂

This message should be spreaded more often. I've seen multiple crash situations due to Albo's mods and to keep reminding them to replace them with BejoIjo's mods kinda gets annoying.

Can anyone tell me what's causing my game to crash again? sorry... I did the whole update and it seems to be crashing every few callouts

Reinstall Callout Manager

Callout Manager is too obsolete if it continue to create problems remove it.

 

In addition i have seen another error:

Failed to parse settings entry: System.InvalidCastException: Attempt to change type of Main.PreloadAllModels from System.Boolean to System.Object

 

From the lspdfr.ini file, (situated into the lspdr folder) make sure that you have one of these keys:

- Main.PreloadAllModels = false
- Main.PreloadAllModels = true

 

I definitely recommend that you remove callout manager, and use an alternative, such as ForceACallout.
