Put the GTA folder in the exceptions on your antivirus

Remove Traffic Control becuase it is too obsolete.

Exception message: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.

Try to replace the RageNativeUI.dll file in the GTA 5 main folder. I think you have installed it incorrectly

So I have done both, added GTAV to Anti virus exception and removed traffic control. I did have an outdated version of RageNativeUI but i redid that  followed steps and still crashes..

Here is new log.

I actually removed ScenariOh! Because of that.

I changed my Mods folder name to _mods and game loaded fine. But when I renamed it back it loaded, then when I made my first stop, crashed LSPDFR. So off to figure out which mod is causing my game to crash.. Thanks’

Causing the crash is not a script but something you have installed inside the mods folder (car models, sirens, weapons, ...). Usually the problem is solved by restoring the folder and reinstalling everything other times instead there is something that causes the crash and therefore it is right to analyze each mod inside it piece by piece

I found a vehicle file that was glitching and causing crashes. First one I tried too, game works perfectly now. Thank you to all who responded!
