Texture losses and massive fps drops

Hello, i have an problem with lspdfr. When i drive with an cop car from the street and im on duty i get around 55 fps. When i get a car from the police station i get 30 fps and texture loss. when i have an callout and i get 1 backup i get texture loss and my fps is around 35. after 2 minutes on duty i slowly get more texture loss. any fix?

 

 

Specs:

2060 super

ryzen 5 3600

16gb ram

1 tb ssd

 

 

Edit: i have la vegetation and forests of san andreas downloaded to make my game look better and without on duty everything is fine no fps drops
