this is my first time starting up LSPDFR with RagePluginhook but every time i try to open it, nothing happens. no pop up, no error massage, nothing at all. i need help.

Couple of things:

1. Try launching GTA 5 first and when the lights and sirens come on, tab out and launch RPH.

2. Make sure you have completed the Prologue up until the point where you can free-roam with Franklin.
3. Make sure you have your GTA 5 Main Directory added to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then try re-downloading and installing RPH.
4. Go into the CommandLine.txt in the Main Directory and remove everything and add -windowed and then save and exit. Then try launching.

 i have tried 1 through 4 and still not working. 

i have watched many YouTube tutorials in how to install LSPDFR and they are all the same and 

i notice that when i am in the (LSPDFR configurator - Rage plugin hook setup). When i hit the (show licence) button. i am the only one that  does not receive a (Rage Disclaimer Popup) so i can accept it. it does not show at all. everyone else on YouTube gets the disclaimer but me. just skips it completely and just pops up a (setup successful)

when i try to lunch/double click (RAGEpluginhook) from my GTA 5 directory. nothing happens at all. 

No loading screen, no error, nothing.

Are you using the automatic download for LSPDFR?

Is RagePluginnhook.exe etc. in your main directory?

Use the manual one. Download that, then drag and drop it into your Main Directory. Auto one can have issues sometimes.
