Nothing in the log that could indicate an issue. Does this issue happen when launching GTA 5 normally? If so, rename mods to _mods and try again.

Just to add, some of your plugins are no longer supported and out of date. They are:

  • Arrest Manager
  • Traffic Policer 
  • Police Smart Radio
  • Interaction+

These plugins won't definitely always cause a crash if one is too occur but they could lead to system instability, increasing the chances of one 🙂

Yes, launching gta 5 normally causes the game to crash regardless

And did you rename the mods folder like I asked and try again? Also, I would do what Charlie says as well.
