You have an outdated RAGENativeUI.dll. Download this zip. Drag RAGENativeUI.dll from it into your GTAV main folder.

The crash is caused by HeliAssist, as predicted.
Remove it.

I have fixed it, me being the dummy I am and not entirely knowing how to edit vehicle meta, I edited it. User error, thank god for the mod folder:)

Well if that's in your mods folder it should work. There may be an issue with the Vehicle then or its files. Try reverting it and see if it makes a difference

Nothing in the log that could indicate an issue. Does this issue happen when launching GTA 5 normally? If so, rename mods to _mods and try again.

Just to add, some of your plugins are no longer supported and out of date. They are:
Arrest Manager Traffic Policer  Police Smart Radio Interaction+ These plugins won't definitely always cause a crash if one is too occur but they could lead to system instability, increasing the chances of one 🙂
