EUP 8.1 uniforms are messed up and EUP configs crash the game

I had problems installing EUP and when i got it to work all the uniforms had these clown shirts. I tried to fix it by installing EUP configurations but game just gets stuck in to a black loading screen (it crashes). I removed the configurations plugin but it still keeps happening. Only removing EUPMenu.dll  made it stop crashing.  Can anyone help?

Did you also have the latest version of ScriptHook and RageNativeUI installed?

What has usually already helped is if you add the EUPMenu.dll as a file exception in your antivirus program.

Are you using another antivirus program or Windows Defender?

I'm using F-Secure but there is nothing i could do to add it as a exception GOT IT BUT IT WAS KINDA HARD TO FIND

It still crashes, with and without EUP, so i think that it is something else crashing lspdfr. When installing EUP settings i changed these files. Could they cause any problems if being replaced? (I think the ones in the picture are original)
