Siren audio bug!

Hello guys, this is my second time posting this, but this time on a separate section of the forum.

Long story short, all of my DLC cars (hwaycar2 and the Schyster Champion) have a weird siren bug where the audio isn't "dynamic". When you press R for the cinematic view, it sounds like the siren is right next to your ears, and inside a tunnel it doesn't echo or anything. When the car is driving fast past the cinematic camera, there's no change in pitch (no doppler effect).

 

I don't know what could cause this, it hasn't happened before this damn update of GTA. Any ideas?
