I don't know the answer but looks like you are having the same problem as me, you have LSPD First Response 0.4.7 (0.4.7383.491) .

I don't know where this edition of LSPDFR is coming from?

Yes, I updated LSPDFR, but do you expect that the owner of the mod should update his mod to a new version of LSPDFR?

Well if it says it supports lspdfr 0.4.7 then it should work fine and if it is a bit older it isn't too much of an issue. So is LSPDFR working?

I checked all mods and downloaded the latest version, but the problem was not solved, and I tried downloading the police mod again, and the problem was not solved. I tried downloading Script Hook and Ragin Script Hook and it did not solve the problem

I will try to delete the police mod files with full mods and I will do the experiment

Ok. If it doesn't work just provide me with another log file!
