If you really do want a reply, there is no roadblock/spike strips for LSPDFR.

You can add those features using a plugin.

To be honest, the UB roadblock is just a line of 3 police cars on a road with police behind them.

I guess a proper roadblock would be some barriers and cones and some police cars.

I guess that is what he was expecting.

For a pursuit, I don't think cones and road barriers would be realistic.  They didn't even teach us about roadblocks as a tool for pursuits when I went through the academy.  It was all about stop sticks and TVIs.

Indeed. It is very very rare to see a roadblock IRL. 

But I guess this is a game. And in games you can do things that you can't do in the real world

I don't recall there being any spikes laid down in the Story Mode Campaign.

That actually rings a bell. I am pretty sure I have been spiked while in Story Mode but I do use BetterChases+ which may be what does that...

Spike strips do exist in story mode, they appear I think it was 3 or 4 stars and up next to the PoliceT model

(i mean is this detecting suspect and working automatically or it is only a ability to i will go from suspect and deploy spikestrip?)

No I don't think there is an automatic one - not sure how that would work.
