LSPDFR download and after setting up need help with some mods

Hi I am new to lspdfr and have been having issues trying to figure out how to put in mods and what folder should I put on my desktop when everything is downloaded. Ive done this about 3 times and keep messing it up and have to reinstall GTA 5 and reinstall LSPDFR. I use epic games and thats how I play the game.  And even after all that I tried to put in the arrest mod and stop the ped and after doing all that none of it would work, but what would be best for me if I am using this for the first time. If anyone can help me step by step and maybe get me into a server where I can play as a CIv the try to play as a cop I would appreciate it.

LSPDFR is a single player modification.

 

In regards to your third party plugins not working, please provide your RAGEPluginHook.log file.
