What happens if you load the game into singleplayer without RPH?

i try to copy and paste carvaration and vehicles meta from original files in mods , i will have something wrong while rearranging cars after update hassle

I would need a way to overwrite with the new version of gta , reinstall everything I don't feel like it is crazy I have too many things , but if there is the possibility to overwrite the file path of gta with the new update I think I will reset it
