So basically, I reinstalled gta 5 and then installed lspdfr. Now when i finish loading on the splash screen and get to the black screen where lspdfr is loading the plugin will crash and I will either load forever or the whole game will crash. Thanks for any help. Down below I have attached my rage log.

So I did end up reinstalling the game as it felt really buggy on top of this. I was able to load lspdfr when loading into the game through rage and loading lspdfr through the console, however no callouts or anything else loaded so I ended up reinstalling the game

Thanks for the help but that didnt work, so I reinstalled and it worked and after I put my plugins in it started crashing. I removed plugins and it still crashed so I assume it was a plugin corrupting something.

Few things you can try 

First Reinstall your EUP Menu and your EUP OIV.  I found that after the update, I had to reinstall both for whatever reason.  Make sure you have EUP menu ticked off to lead at start up in Rage Menu.   Reason I say this is that I see an error with EUP and the outfits for the peds are giving a large variety of errors.

Secondly if all that fails try this.   Take your mods folder and remame it to mods-copy   Try the game.  If it is working without errors,  you probably have more outdated or corrupt data in the mods folder and you need to create a new one.  I ultimately had to do this.  It was a pain in the ass, but better than having to re-download an entire game again.
