The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Try to replace LSPD first response files with the latest as the Log says they may be corrupt. If this doesn't work let me know!

    Where are you reading that from?

     

    @LavaVain9, you are using an old build of LSPDFR. After updates, LSPDFR needs to be updated.

    Your log file:

    Latest version is 0.4.7 (0.4.7529.X).

     

    Please re-download LSPDFR.

    this helped me a lot. didnt realize i had to re download the mod entirely. thanks guys
