I haven't been on GTA IV in a while, but I remember watching a video on YouTube and they had some sort of mod where it gives you a whole bunch more callouts (different types I think, too) and you had the ability to tow cars away.

Does anyone know that mod?

    If you have the lcpdfr mod installed, you can add Bravehearts policing script, there also a towing script you can add too. all these mods are here on this site, just do a search and you will find them.
