The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I need help My GTA V And LSPDFR Are not Opening,I've Already did a Re-install yesterday and Installed LSPDFR And Rage along with my mods and when I tried to go on duty it would just Crash this time its Not even Starting GTA V Or RAGE or LSPDFR

Check this thread, I believe this is because of the update; 

 

If that doesn't work out for you, then you have to wait for RPH and ScriptHookV updates, as they are incompatible with the newest GTA V update.
