American Fire Siren: Audio File Size Too Big

Recently I watched one of Criminal Justice's videos on installing American Fire Sirens. My audio stopped working, so after research I determined that the file size was too big. I know the size limit is 15.7 MB, but after installing, my file was at 17 MB. I've tried to install size-reducing air files, but even about 10 file replacements aren't big enough. I'm at 16.4 MB right now and have no clue what to do next. Any suggestions? I've considered starting from scratch and replacing all of the files with the vanilla version, but I don't know where to find those. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
