Disable your ambient events. You can disable it from the lspdfr.ini file, situated into the lspdfr folder

Remove Police Smart Radio. I also see the same problem, can you please paste a screen of the lspdfr.ini file, where are you disable the ambient events?

I did paste the text from another in my lspdfr ini because i had not that in my ini file. is that wrong?

Ok in your file change this settings:

WorldEvents.IntervalMultiplier = 0.0f
WorldEvents.MaxNumberOfEvents = 0
Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true

Now i can't see anything about the crash, it could be something in the mods folder. If you have a mods folder, disable it renaming from mods to _mods

I see again ambient events error.

It is better to use this second way to solve the problem:
add this line in the usual lspdfr.ini file:

Main.DisableGameBlipHiding = true

 

"Jimmy Ryans (MP_M_FREEMODE_01) was damaged". Thats the obvious problem for the crash, the model cant load because its broken. Also are you using a modded gameconfig?
