I was gonna buy GTA IV from Steam, but didn't know if I would need the Episodes in order to play this. Since Steam has run out of codes for the Complete Edition, I wanted to know if I could just buy the regular and everything would work fine. Sorry if I posted this in the wrong place. Thanks.

    You can buy the EFLC it will add some new cars and 2 stories but it works with the regular :)
