So I downloaded a sanchez police bike and a police dodge charger and now every time I start up my game it loads a few seconds into the game and while in the loading screen, just a few seconds after the stars and sirens opening. I can try and remove the sanchez files I doubt its the charger, but for the sanchez I also put vehicle meta, handling meta and another meta so I dont know if removing the files but keeping the metas will fuck up the rest of the police vehicles.
Could use some help. Thanks in advance.

You never replace any .meta files, you edit them. Especially the vehicles.meta.

Put the vanilla files back in and then test it.

I put my mods folder on the desktop, and it works, all of my mods like vehicles,EUP menu and other stuff isnt in the game anymore. Is there a way to go back 2 steps before I dropped the handling.meta, vehicle.meta and carvariations.ymt into the folder?

Or perhaps edit the metas like you said back to normal, maybe it'll help if I'll download a different vehicle mod that contains vehicle meta aswell and replace it. I dont know much about this stuff.

Yes, just replace the "modded" .meta files with the original ones.
